License

This License governs how you may use any resource obtained from STARTLESS, whether purchased or downloaded free (each, a “Resource”). It forms part of our Terms of Service. When you obtain a Resource, Buildflin LLC grants you the licence below; the Resource itself is licensed, not sold.

1. Grant

Subject to your compliance with this License and the Terms, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual licence to use the Resource for personal and commercial purposes as described here. The licence takes effect when the Resource is added to your library and continues unless terminated under section 5.

2. You may

  • use the Resource for your own personal and business projects;
  • use it in paid client work, and deliver the customised result as part of that project to that client;
  • edit, adapt, translate and restyle it to fit your needs;
  • use it across an unlimited number of your own projects;
  • make backup copies for your own use, and keep using versions you have downloaded.

3. You may not

  • resell, license, sublicense, rent, lend, share, publish or otherwise redistribute the Resource, in whole or in part, edited or not, as a file, template, feed or download;
  • include the Resource in a product, service, repository or collection whose primary value is the Resource itself (for example a template pack, swipe file, or a competing library or marketplace listing);
  • use the Resource to build or train a generative model, or make it available for scraping or bulk extraction;
  • share your account, order, or download links, or pool a single licence across separate businesses;
  • claim authorship of the original Resource, or register or assert intellectual-property rights in it;
  • remove or obscure any proprietary notice provided with the Resource.

4. Ownership

Buildflin LLC and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the Resources, including all copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property rights, and all derivative works of them. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this License. Fonts, stock imagery, icons or third-party components referenced by a Resource remain subject to their own licences.

5. Termination

This License terminates automatically if you materially breach it or the Terms. On termination you must stop using and distributing the Resource and destroy copies in your control, except copies already incorporated in good faith into a completed client deliverable before termination. Sections 3, 4, 6 and 7 survive termination.

6. Team and organisation use

A single purchase covers you and the colleagues working directly with you on shared projects within one organisation. For use across a larger organisation, multiple entities, or redistribution inside a company, contact us about an extended or team licence.

7. Updates and no warranty

The licence covers current and future versions of a Resource you have obtained, if and when we release them; we are not obliged to provide updates. Resources are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, and we do not warrant that a Resource will meet your requirements or be error-free. The disclaimers and limitation of liability in the Terms apply to this License.

8. Governing law

This License is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, consistent with the Terms of Service.
